She told me she was going to make me spaghetti tonight and I asked her for no meat in the sauce please. I’m 100% vegetarian as of late so she said she was going to learn how to make vegetarian food for me. After I come home from my tutoring session, she brings me a hot bowl of Bun Bo Hue vegetarian style with the fake chicken drumsticks and all. For dessert, she made me some silken tofu in ginger syrup. <3 Mama.. I am so lucky!
